This 1908 house has definitely seen better days. The previous owners attempted to personalize the space by making changes, one of which was to enclose the front porch. The outcome of this renovation deprived the house of its curb appeal. However, this problem will be addressed by bringing back the front porch and wrapping it around to enhance its curb appeal and updating the interior spaces. The renovation plan focuses on redesigning the entire kitchen, which was not designed efficiently. To accomplish this, the house will be extended to create additional space, improving the flow and functionality of the kitchen. This renovation aims to not only breathe new life into the house but to also create better living spaces for the owners and their parents.
