A transformation of a split level single family house into a spacious home that accommodates a growing family. The existing home, which had been surrounded by homes of varying architectural styles, had started to feel inferior and outdated. To address this, we designed and constructed an addition to the rear of the home, along with a new upper-level owner's suite, to create more space and functionality for the family. The new design was carefully planned to ensure that it complements the fabric of the existing neighborhood, bringing the home up to a higher standard while retaining its unique character. The end result is a stunning home that enhances the value of the neighborhood and provides the family with all the space they need to enjoy their daily lives.
