A recently completed a renovation project on a tenant space for a painting business. The client requested a kiln room be added in order to be able to turn clay into pottery. An updated restroom design was required to meet accessibility standards. We collaborated with the client to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing space that met their specific needs. For the kiln room, we focused on a design that was safe and efficient for firing ceramics. To bring the restroom up to ADA standards, we made updates to the layout, fixtures, and accessible features. The final result was a successful renovation that met all requirements and exceeded the client's expectations.
